Gluten Free Crust & Allergy Questions

Ingredients: Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Millet Flour, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Flour, Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Guar Gum. Yeast Packet: Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Ascorbic Acid. - Kosher Certified -

Our gluten free crust is made in it’s own separate mixer. We prepare and bake our crust in its own separate pan, when the pizza comes out of the oven, we use a pizza cutter designated for gluten free pizza only.

For precaution, if an order is placed for someone with a gluten intolerance/preference, it is required to inform your server in advance.

Celiac Disease Questions

We cater to many customers with celiac disease and do our best to avoid cross contamination.
We follow the same steps as our gluten free section (see above text). In addition, ALL of our pizza builders will change out their gloves before starting the pizza, they will also use fresh, unshared, ingredients. When the pizza comes out of the oven, they will use a pizza cutter separate from our regular and gluten free pizza cutters.

For precaution, if an order is placed for someone with celiac disease, it is required to inform your server in advance.

Dairy-free Questions

With modifications, we are able to cater to those with a dairy allergy/preference.

All of our salad dressings are dairy-free. Request no cheese on your salad.

Our pizza dough & gluten free crust are dairy-free

We currently do not offer any dairy-free desserts.

It is very common to request no cheese on a pizza, don’t be shy!

If there is a preferred dairy-free cheese, we do allow customers to bring it in themselves. We will cook it on the pizza, free of charge. We allow this option for pizza only. **Due to safety and health codes, the cheese must be in a new, unopened, package.

Nut Allergy Questions

We use soybean oil in our deep fryer.

Our house made pesto is nut-free.

Although nut-free, our cannoli shells are manufactured in a facility which processes peanuts.

Walnuts and shaved almonds are stored in our kitchen.

We have a rotating specials and dessert menu which may contain nuts. Please inquire for more information.
